Driving north on the road at Nablus through the West Bank, you will suddenly encounter a familiar, but unexpected, flying object on your right. A Boeing 707 stands there in the midst of the barren hill country, and whoever approaches it, Ata and Khamis al-Sairafi beckon from afar.
